New paper on mental health

Very happy to show National Black Postdoctoral Association (NBPA)'s newest paper:

Academic ethics of mental health: the national black postdocs framework for the addressment of support for undergraduate and graduate trainees.

We wrote about our support system we started in 2023, after the deaths of Black graduate students such as Samantha Mensah. I happy with this publication (it's #10 for me) and also how I, as a depressed person, gave feedback of things in the resources.
